Make sure your PTFE fitting is in good shape and actually holds the tube. Cut the end with a PTFE cutter before inserting to ensure a flat end. Then before inserting the tube screw in your ptfe fitting all the way and then back it out 1/4 turn. Heat the hotend to 240C and then insert the tubing firmly until it stops. Then tighten down the PTFE fitting.
